Starting to draw chickens

I'm getting back into my own drawings - and it may as well be chooks. This is a holiday sketch of Pooki, our matriarch chicken, queen of the Pekin flock. You shouldn't have favourites, but let's just say we love her a lot...

And this is a sketch of one of our younger folk; getting to know all the little bits of a chicken's face.
